Draft Applications For Public CommentThe Penobscot River Restoration Trust (TRUST) is providing DRAFTS of applications to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for implementation of the Penobscot River Restoration Project. The Trust is requesting comments or questions on these drafts of by June 6th, 2008. After receipt of any comments, the Trust will revise its applications and file them with FERC and other regulatory agencies this summer. Once FERC and the other regulatory agencies have accepted the applications, there will be additional opportunities for public comments and participation.
